Soft Smooth Skin With Body Scrubs

The combination of cleansing, exfoliation and massage provides benefits that go beyond what a bar of soap can offer.  A body scrub can improve your skin health by helping your skin shed expired cells on a regular basis revealing new, healthier skin underneath. As we get older, that turnover process slows down and we need to give it a nudge with an invigorating body scrub.  

When you apply a body scrub and massage it over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes by increasing blood flow to the skin's surface. If your skin is healthy, you can use a shower scrub around three times a week. However, if you have sensitive or thin skin, limit a good buffing to once a week.
