Shipping
After placing your Kohana order, you will receive an e-mail receipt and order summary. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a delivery notification, if available.
Free shipping on orders totaling $75.00 or more. Offer applies to orders bound for delivery in the continental states via U.P.S. ground service.
Sales Tax
Kohana is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to a California address.
Back orders
Kohana will notify you via email immediately if an item you have ordered is currently out of stock.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us by e-mail at our website, www.kohanaskin.com, so that we may assist you with your concern. We will accept return of any product(s) if it is received at our mailing address within thirty (30) days after the delivery date. Please note that we do not offer credit back to any charge card used for a purchase. Any store credit for a return will be for the amount of purchase price only and will not include any original shipping costs. We will credit your account with a Kohana's store credit in the amount of the original purchase price, which will be valid for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. You may apply the credit to the purchase of any product(s).
